Holden Colorado 7
Holden’s new Colorado 7 4×4 will be launched with an extensive range of Genuine Holden Accessories when it goes on sale in December.
Holden will offer more than 30 fully integrated and tested accessories to match Colorado 7’s tough 4WD credentials, including 13 items that have been designed, developed and engineered in Australia by Holden. Colorado 7’s accessories line-up includes snorkel kit, steel bull bar, polished alloy nudge bar, roof cross bars and rigid cargo barrier. ANCAP has already confirmed the new Colorado 7 range will retain its maximum five-star safety rating when fitted with Holden’s genuine accessory bull bar.
And – just like the Colorado light commercial vehicle – Colorado 7 will be available with a new fully-integrated accessory tow bar kit to support its 3.0 tonne towing capacity. Alternatively, customers can fully equip their Colorado 7 with a Genuine Holden Accessory Nullarbor pack, which includes steel bull bar, driving lamps, roof cross bars, snorkel and tow bar kit.
Holden Accessories Engineering Manager, Keegan Brown, said the new Colorado 7 Genuine Holden Accessories range has been integrated into the vehicle’s design from the very beginning.
“The Holden accessories team has been heavily involved in Colorado 7’s global development program, and we’ve notched up hours of computer-aided analysis, laboratory and local on-road durability tests to ensure our accessories range gets the job done every time,” he said.
“Colorado 7 is a serious adventure vehicle, so we’ve designed our accessories to withstand the toughest local conditions and maximise Colorado 7’s full cargo-carrying and off-road potential without any compromise to safety.
“A great example is the Colorado 7 bull bar. Not only has it been designed and engineered to look great and fit perfectly, it also ensures Colorado 7 retains its five star ANCAP safety rating.
