Porsche 918 Spyder
Porsche have revealed that the price tag for the 918 Spyder Hybrid Supercar. Lets just say it makes any Ferrari or Lamborghini look like a good deal – For the base model you will be forking out $845,000 USD (1 Million NZD). And if you want it with the extra Weissach Package it will be $929,000 (1.1 Million NZD).
Porsche has yet to confirm any official details for the 918 Spyder, but its expected to use a 4.6L V8 mated to a pair of electric motors. The engine alone will be give out around 580 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque, with the electric motors boosting the car’s total to around 795 horsepower and 569 lb-ft of torque.
