Audi S3 Limousine
The A3 is now in its third generation and has been offered in a wide variety of models. The A3, S3, RS3, SportBack and Cabriolet and in a range of three and five door options. from its beginning in 1996 the A3 has always been a big hit for Audi, and they wish to continue this trend with one more addition to the range, which they unveiled online at the end of March, The S3 Limousine.
Ok, hang on a minute……
Am I the only one who cant say that without making a weird confused expression. I have to be honest and say that I have never been inside a Limousine, but even without ever experiencing one, I am very aware of one underlining fact all limos seem to have in common. They are all quite a bit longer then your average car, with two door at the front, a big gap in the middle and two doors at the back. And when I find myself looking at the A3 “Limousine” i think, front doors…. check, rear doors…. check, big bit in the middle…..nope. So let try and keep it simple Audi, and call a car a car or in this case sedan. So from here on we will call it the Audi S3 Sedan
We are sure the S3 Sedan (much better) will be a huge success in todays ever booming compact market. It looks great, sounds great, but until we see it in person we are left with a couple of questions. Our main one being about the space in the rear, small sedan are know to have limited space in the back which even some hatchbacks suffer from, will the addition of the sedans form compromise internal space ? And the other question is not so much a question but a thought…….. Will they ever make an RS3 sedan ?
