There is a brand new Resort opening very soon in Germany. The Bilster Berg Drive Resort racetrack is official opening on June 1st.

The Bilster Berg Drive Resort will provide Germans and any other interested European enthusiasts an alternative to the legendary Nurburgring. This demanding track located in an 84 hectare property with a 4.2 kilometres track. The circuit was designed by well-known Formula 1 circuit architect, Hermann Tilke who has designed circuits including the Sepang International Circuit, Bahrain International Circuit, Valencia Street Circuit and the Buddh International Circuit in India. Featureing 19 corners and 44 crests and basins and  includes 11,000 square metres of building space and will be suitable for various racing events, training courses and track days in the future.

Adding Bilster Berg to Nurburgring has made Germany the auto enthusiasts no. 1 dream holiday destination.

It started at a young age with bedroom posters, the Countach of course. This slowly grew into a super car die-cast model collection, fifty five 1:18 models at the last count. At which point it had almost taken full control, the incurable Mad Car Disease ran deep though my veins all the way to the bone. And things for my loved ones just got worse as the cars where now being bought at 1:1 scale, after a BMW, HSV, and couple of Audi's, the disease reached my brain, pushing me over the edge and down the rabbits hole into the world of the bedroom poster.
