We have all done it, had a bit of fun in a small car, on an empty back road or field when we where young. And its all fun and games right up to that point where reality slaps you in the face and says “Aye, what you are you doing you spanner” which is usually a split second before something bad happens. Or in this case right as the car leaves the road flying straight into a lake.

Been there done that got the T-Shirt; well not quite the exact same thing. Brings back some good memories with Ford Cortina’s and Nissan/ Datsun Sunny’s. Tricking out the motor, swapping a gearbox and going hell for leather on gravel back roads… oh what wonderful miss-spent youth. More should be doing the same thing. There’s a lot to be learned.
