With the success of the slightly mental SRT 8 Grand Cherokee, Jeep could be considering a SRT version of their new Cherokee

From what we have heard from the new Cherokee could come with a performance tuned version of the 2.4L 4-cylinder that the base model come with and slapping on a twin-turbo kit that will push out something in the region of 410-hp. If Jeep where to go ahead with it, they might find quite a few people taking a second look at the Cherokee line-up.

Jeep has not made any official comment or indication that there will be a Cherokee SRT variant.

It started at a young age with bedroom posters, the Countach of course. This slowly grew into a super car die-cast model collection, fifty five 1:18 models at the last count. At which point it had almost taken full control, the incurable Mad Car Disease ran deep though my veins all the way to the bone.
