First spy photos of the Volkswagen Golf R Variant/Wagon/Estate, not to be confused with the Golf Variant R-Line. The Volkswagen Golf R Variant was spotted testing at the Nürburgring; for the time being, the folks over at VW Group are in the “decision making” process of whether to put this Golf R Variant into production. If they do, VW will most likely announce the variant’s production status sometime towards the end of 2014 for 2015 production date. Definitely a big favourite for me and the VW enthusiast!
