A view from Voon’s security camera, a bridal shop on Willis Street in central Wellington. Caught a lady driving a blue Toyota Rav attempting to do a u-trun so that she could park in an available space on the other side of the road, who totally lost it when another car who was unable to see what she was trying to do took the available parking space. And instead of trying to find another spot she decided that the best course of action was to ram the white wagon and quickly make her escape.
