Finally the CRC Speedshow weekend has come upon us, in a couple days we will be wondering around the halls and track taking in everything that is NZ motoring, racing, show cars everything!
One of the show hihglights has to be the Porsche Cayman sporting the familiar and iconic Martini Racing livery. In a fun challenge, five drivers will strive for their best lap time in the Porsche Cayman in the Continental Cars Supercar Challenge; this Top 5 Shootout forms part of the entertainment at the 19-20 July running of CRC Speedshow at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds. CRC Speedshow director Ross Prevette says: “While the challenge is intended to be light-hearted entertainment, knowing the competitive personalities of Paul Radisich, Angus Fogg, Simon Evans, ‘Racing Ray’ Williams and Andy Booth, we can expect them all to take the timed lap challenge pretty seriously.” Also featured will be the Continental Cars Ferrari, which will be showcased in the live action arena during the weekend.
