The new little Fiat Panda has been quietly making its way around the new car market overseas, offering a small compact go-anywhere spirit that the original mountain goat like qualities the previous model lived for. I’m not sure if the Range Rover would be considered “king of off road”, but it makes for an interesting comparison.
