Quick Fix: alloy wheel repair

Those who followed my travel blog across the USA will know that in February, I finally got our Dodge Challenger complied and on the road here.

What wasn’t mentioned was that during shipping, one of the front wheels ended up with a small gouge and some scratches.

It was one of those times when I thought I could leave it alone and not worry about it. But time after time I kept seeing this damage. Hey, we bought the Dodge brand new and I felt it wasn’t new anymore with the damage I kept seeing.

So – a quick email to The Wheel Magician, and booked in a time.

Tony turned up as promised and checked the wheel over – an easy repair he said.

The wheel was taken off the car, and thirty minutes later, the damage fixed and the paint matched.

I’ve got to say, I struggled to find where he did the repair – the result was that good.

For around a hundred bucks, my wheel has returned to its former glory – no more quick glances down at that annoying damage anymore.

So – many thanks to The Wheel Magician – I can sleep easy again now. 🙂
