The Honda Civic has returned to our shores with what Honda says is a “refined, dominant, fresh look and feel”. Powered by Honda’s latest e:HEV hybrid technology, the new model now has Google Assistant built-in. From the sharp sculpted lines, bold 18” alloy wheels, and rear privacy glass, the Civic strikes a commanding presence, suggests Honda.

The new Civic is powered by Honda’s latest technology, e:HEV – a unique two-motor hybrid system combining high environmental performance with driving pleasure, claims the company. The car is not a plug-in hybrid, so does not need to be plugged in to charge and attracts no road-user charges.
2025 Honda Civic Hatch SR: “Sports Inspired”
This refresh draws on Honda’s racing legacy, using what Honda says is technology from the Type R for superb handling and improved performance. Taking from the Type R, the new Civic features four drive modes – ECON, for smooth driving and fuel efficiency; NORMAL for daily driving; SPORT, for those wanting to take advantage of what the Civic has to offer; and INDIVIDUAL to fully customise your driving experience.
