For those who want the rugged utility of a ute, without sacrificing comfort, Volkswagen claim the new Amarok Style V6 delivers the essentials, including towing capability, a standard durable bed liner, offroad confidence, and a refined driving experience.
Powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel V6 producing 184kW and 600Nm of torque, the Amarok Style V6 offers 3.5-tonne braked towing capacity and integrated trailer brake control.
A 10-speed automatic transmission and 4MOTION all-wheel drive system ensure confident traction across varying terrain, says the company. Multiple selectable drive modes—including settings for mud, slippery surfaces, deep sand and snow—help the vehicle adapt to changing conditions.
Inside, comfort and connectivity are front and centre, with heated leather seats, a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system combined with a fully configurable 12.3” digital instrument cluster. An Area View 360-degree camera system aids manoeuvrability, whether navigating tight urban spaces or positioning a trailer.
