After following the photos of the $40 million dollar McLaren convoy traveling down the country, we were waiting in Wellington, wondering where they would end up. And not far from the Hotel they were all staying at, in the TSB Arena car park, we found what might as well have been a the Mclaren pitstop. And what a sight it was, 2 x Mclaren P1’s, 1 x amazing Mclaren F1, and an array of 675LT, 675’s, 570GT’s, and 650’s. While the owners where enjoying dinner at the Intercontinental, the pit crews went to work. Checking tyre’s, computer diagnostics, and cleaning each and every vehicle, to make sure they were all running perfectly for the following morning. The stop in Wellington was brief, just the evening, and next morning, they were straight on the Ferry, so we made the most of their stop and photographed as much as we could. So instead of us rattling on about them, please enjoy the photos.
